Mercure Hotel Hamm - Hamm (North Rhine-Westphalia)

The buffet breakfast offered was a standout feature, with a diverse selection that included good croissants. The staff consistently provided friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The area felt questionable, with an unusual route from the railway station through a rather eye-catching hotel.

It would be hard to find any faults with the Mercure Hotel at Hamm.We were particularly pleased how the receptionists assisted us being from England and 4 elderly people with our requests. So kind to allow us to use our rooms to 1pm instead of 12.0pm as stated, also providing a city map and giving us directions to the Mall. We would recommend this Hotel to any and we would use it again.THANK You to all the staff.

Great tourist spots like Pauluskirche were right by this hotel.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming

The breakfast had a superb selection offering both Continental and English choices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I know this hotel sometimes ago. Eventhough it's not a new hotel,but still clean & comfortamble.

Gorgeous accommodation with polite staff members at the reception desk. Lots of products for a very good breakfast. Location just next door to a steak house, and shopping centres...

The staff stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. The hotel does need some care in maintenance to enhance its overall appeal. Still, the experience was enjoyable and worth recommending.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable room. Hotel facilities very good, excellent choice of food at breakfast. Location very central for shops and restaurants and free, secure parking at hotel. This hotel was a very good choice for our overnight stay on route from UK to Berlin. Easy to find, a short distance from the motorway. Would definitely book this hotel again.

I had requested a room with a view if possible, however all rooms overlooked a huge building site! Window insulation was very good though, so no noise from the site could be heard.

10 minutes on foot from the hamm central train station. there's can't find anything wrong, i would return there. such tourist sights as pauluskirche were close to the hotel. schanzenbach snack, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property.

The air conditioning units struggle to cool rooms effectively!!!

The service; particularly the charming restaurant hostess Manuela who brought up to my wife and myself in the room two glasses of hot milk and refused a tip apologising for having got late as she was otherwise occupied

All good, fulfills its purpose. Renting bikes near the hotel is a fantastic way to explore the city.

We chose this hotel because Booked.net said there was a swimming pool. There is no swimming pool since december 2011.

The staff were very pleasant and forthcoming,I especially liked the restaurant,the variety for the breakfast buffet was good and the staff again were very helpful.

I think that it was a bit over the top to be asking for payment for the Sky T.v that was available in the hotel.
